Built around the 250th anniversary of the United States, the Hispanic Leadership Summit is a high-level gathering of Hispanic leaders reflecting on the past, present, and future of the nation.
Taking place on November 17–18, 2026, at Freedom Tower and Miami Dade College in Miami, the Summit brings together voices from business, institutions, culture, media, academia, and public life to participate in a forward-looking conversation about leadership, opportunity, and America’s next chapter. Conceived as part of AMERICA250: A Hispanic Vision, the Summit is designed as a broad, institutional, and non-partisan platform for dialogue.
It recognizes that the Hispanic community is an integral part of the American story and that Hispanic leadership continues to play an increasingly important role across the economic, cultural, civic, and institutional life of the country. Rather than focusing on a single sector or issue, the Summit creates space for a wider conversation about the forces shaping the United States and the opportunities that lie ahead. The Summit is structured around three interconnected dimensions.
The first reflects on the past, exploring the contribution of the Hispanic community to the development of the United States and its place within the broader American story. The second examines the present, bringing together leaders and institutions from across key sectors to discuss the realities, opportunities, and challenges shaping contemporary America.
The third looks toward the future, exploring the ideas, innovations, and leadership needed to help shape the country in the decades ahead. More than a conference, the Summit is designed as a meeting point for leaders who share an interest in the future of the United States and the role that leadership, culture, innovation, and civic participation can play within it.
Through keynote conversations, strategic dialogue, institutional engagement, and networking opportunities, it seeks to foster meaningful connections and encourage collaboration across sectors and generations. Miami provides a natural setting for this conversation. As one of the most important centers of Hispanic leadership, entrepreneurship, culture, and international engagement in the United States, the city occupies a unique position at the intersection of America and the broader Hispanic world.
